Ankita Mohanty is the Founder and Principal Counsel of AMara Law, an intellectual property-focused practice built around a simple principle: sophisticated legal advice should come with direct access to the lawyer providing it.

With almost 15+ years of experience, Ankita has advised businesses ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies across a broad spectrum of intellectual property matters. Before founding AMara Law, she developed her practice at leading IP firms of India, building experience across trademark strategy and prosecution, copyright, enforcement, portfolio management, IP commercialisation, and related commercial agreements.
