Mr. Mayukh Roy

Based out of New Delhi, Mayukh focuses on dispute resolution with a particular emphasis on corporate, civil and commercial disputes, including matters arising under complex financial and regulatory frameworks such as the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and real estate regulations. He has represented clients before a wide range of forums including various NCLAT and NCLT benches, DRTs, DRATs, High Courts and Real Estate Regulatory Authorities throughout the country. His experience in handling matters through the lifecycle of a Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process enables him to advise on strategy, documentation and stakeholder management with a clear understanding of timelines and commercial sensitivities.
