Mr. Sayantan Chatterjee

Based out of Kolkata, Sayantan has been regularly appearing on behalf of financial institutions and other Client across all forums in Kolkata. He has been independently handling proceedings before the Hon’ble High Court, Hon’ble NCLT, DRAT and DRTs in Kolkata and has successfully represented Clients across these forums. He leads a team in Kolkata which also provides services of real estate due diligence and corporate services.
